What we're looking for

What will make you successful in this position

Your experience of at least 1 year in the textile industry

Your knowledge and notions in industrial sewing will allow you to agilely handle flatlock and button machines, resolving small incidents and adjustments efficiently.

Your availability for immediate start on the 07:00 to 15:15 shift.

Hold a valid driver's license

Experience with flatlock and button machines is essential.

The role

What you'll do

You will carry out your work with clear processes and defined safety guidelines, where you will know exactly what your function is and how to make production flow.

Your mission as an Industrial Sewing Operator

Your mission will be to bring textile production to life by operating key machinery with precision, ensuring that each piece meets high quality standards before continuing in the process.

You will be a fundamental piece in maintaining a constant flow in the plant, providing your manual dexterity and contributing directly to the excellence of the final product.

How will you contribute to achieving this?

→ You will operate and feed flatlock and button machines, maintaining the sewing rhythm and ensuring a continuous flow on the line.

→ You will adjust, calibrate, and perform basic preventive maintenance, guaranteeing that the machinery functions correctly before each product change.

→ You will inspect the quality of the finish and ensure safety, applying the necessary controls to avoid defects and maintaining a safe environment.
