The role
FASTER EMPLEO ETT selects an Administrative Assistant with experience in invoicing to work for an important company in the construction sector located in Meaño
What you'll do
- Administrative management: invoicing control, preparation of delivery notes and invoices,
- Support in warehouse logistics tasks: order management, stock control, processing of incoming documentation
- In-person and telephone customer service, incident management
How you'll work
- Initial 1-month contract, full-time from Monday to Saturday
- Schedule: Rotating shifts: 1 week from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and another week from Monday to Saturday (9:00 to 14:00) working 7 hours a day the rest of the days.
