We are looking to bring on board an Electromechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work on electromechanical installations and equipment.

Main duties:

Organization, planning and supervision of electromechanical maintenance work.

Coordination of in-house teams and partner companies.

Monitoring compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

Management and control of technical incidents.

Supervision of electrical and mechanical work and associated installations.

Control of materials, tools and resources needed to carry out activities.

Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Preparation of activity reports and monitoring of maintenance indicators.

Coordination with operations managers, clients and internal departments.

Education:

Higher-level vocational training (Grado Superior) in Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or similar.

Additional training in maintenance management is valued.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance.

Previous experience coordinating work teams.

Knowledge of maintenance of electromechanical, electrical and mechanical systems.

Technical knowledge:

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic installations.

Interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams.

Proficiency with maintenance management tools (CMMS).

Ability to diagnose faults and coordinate their resolution.

Other valued requirements:

Driving licence B.

Availability to work in Chafiras, Tenerife.

Experience in maintenance contracts for industrial installations, infrastructure or services.
