Electromechanical Maintenance Manager

Minimum requirements:

• Boiler Operator License (MANDATORY)
• Demonstrable experience of at least 4 years as an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Manager.
• Vocational training qualification in Electromechanics, Equipment Maintenance, or Refrigeration and Heating.
• Mandatory certified training in Risk Prevention: Work at Height, Electrical Risk, LOTO protocols, and Confined Spaces.

Desirable:

• Possession of current official accreditations, such as RITE License, Fluorinated Gases Handler, or Refrigeration Installations.
• Additional knowledge in welding, Legionella control, operation of platforms/forklifts, and emergency response.

• You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic installations, as well as industrial cold production systems using ammonia and glycol water.
• You will manage the daily operation of critical plant systems, such as steam boilers, water treatment stations, cooling towers, HVAC, and fire protection networks.
• You will perform direct repair interventions on industrial machinery, including leak welding tasks, motor maintenance, and machining of parts using a lathe and milling machine.
• You will thoroughly monitor the correct execution of work carried out by third-party subcontracting companies at the facilities.
• You will complete inspection routes (checklists) on each shift and diligently manage the documentation of all maintenance operations performed.
