The role

What you'll do

FCC Construcción is looking for a person to perform the following duties:

Planning and monitoring of production.
Requesting quotes and preparing purchase comparisons.
Carrying out and reviewing measurements.
Control of subcontractors and industrial contractors, both financially and in execution, ensuring they align with the project design and specifications.
Monitoring production in terms of volume and quality, as well as all necessary preparatory tasks to achieve it, including equipment review and personnel management.
Directing and supervising on-site layout work together with the surveyor and foreman.
Receipt of materials.
Overseeing and enforcing risk prevention, safety, and health regulations.
