What do you need?
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in administration and accounting departments, including supplier accounting, incident resolution, and use of enterprise ERPs, preferably SAP.
• Supplier accounting, approval and payment circuits, account reconciliation, and accounting closure processes.
• SAP ERP at an advanced level.
• Microsoft 365, especially Excel, at an advanced level.
Nice to have
• Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or similar.
• Experience in service companies or business groups with multiple companies.
• Participation in accounting closures.
• Collaboration in activity integration or transition processes.
• Administrative management of multiple companies.

The role

FCC Ámbito specializes in integral waste management, carrying out its activity in the field of waste recovery, recycling, and valorization, contributing to sustainable resource management and the circular economy.
We are looking for an Accounting Administrator for FCC Ámbito in Zaragoza, responsible for the administrative and accounting management of the Delegation's activities, including supplier accounting, incident resolution, support for accounting closures, and collaboration in the administrative integration of new activities, contractors, or companies.
What you'll do
• Accounting, review, and monitoring of supplier invoices in SAP.
• Resolution of billing incidents and coordination with suppliers and operational managers.
• Control of invoices pending validation, registration, or accounting.
• Preparation of payment proposals and remittances, control of due dates, and monitoring of outstanding items.
• Participation in monthly accounting closure processes, account reconciliation, and review of accounting information.
• Preparation and analysis of administrative and accounting reports using SAP and Excel.
• Management and control of administrative, contractual, and accounting documentation.
• Coordination with the various companies, contractors, and corporate areas related to administrative and accounting processes.
• Identification and proposal of improvements in administrative procedures, controls, and information circuits.
• Active participation in the administrative and accounting implementation and integration of new activities, contractors, or companies, collaborating in the definition of procedures, validation circuits, and corporate systems.
