That is why we are looking for an HVAC professional who not only knows how to repair, but understands the importance of precision maintenance to guarantee the operational excellence of our facilities.

We are looking for a technical profile expert in HVAC and industrial/commercial refrigeration systems. We are not looking for a superficial maintenance operator; we need someone with diagnostic capability, who anticipates breakdowns and ensures that our facilities (hotels, residences, and premises) operate at full performance 365 days a year.

• Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance: Deep cleaning of filters and coils, checking pressures and refrigerant levels, and verifying electrical consumption to optimize energy efficiency.

• Operational Control: Technical inspection of drains, condensate pumps, and precise adjustment of thermostats and control systems.

• Corrective Maintenance and Diagnostics: Identification and resolution of electrical, mechanical, and control failures. We seek definitive solutions, not patches.

• Complex Facilities Management: Supervision of Split systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, and Rooftop units.
