The role

We are looking for a Plant Manager to lead operations at our plant in Seville. This role is key to ensuring efficiency and quality in an industrial environment within the FMCG sector.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations in Seville.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at all stages of the production process.
Optimize resources to maximize operational efficiency and meet production targets.
Implement improvements in packaging processes to increase productivity.
Manage and lead the workforce, promoting a positive working environment.
Control operating costs and ensure compliance with the assigned budget.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and efficient workflow.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of packaging machinery.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Engineering, preferably in industrial or related fields.
Technical knowledge of industrial machinery.
Ability to lead work teams in industrial environments.
Skill in managing projects and optimizing production processes.
Knowledge of quality and safety regulations applicable to the FMCG sector.
Analytical skills and ability to solve technical and operational problems.
