Plant Quality Manager

You have led teams and have the capacity to drive their development and performance. You have knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Six Sigma, 8D, or FMEA. You stand out for your analytical capacity, results orientation, and structured approach to problem-solving. You possess communication and influence skills to collaborate with different areas of the organization. You have an advanced level of English and Spanish.

• In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: Leading and developing the Quality team, fostering a culture oriented towards continuous improvement and operational excellence. Guaranteeing product and process quality standards, both in existing production lines and in the introduction of new products. Implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations such as ISO and VDA. Leading problem resolution and continuous improvement initiatives through structured methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, and root cause analysis. Driving improvement initiatives through analysis and problem-solving methodologies, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and reduce incidents. Coordinating internal and external audits, following up on corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with established requirements. Analyzing quality indicators and defining action plans oriented towards improving plant performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other key areas to achieve quality objectives.
