What we're looking for

Regarding education, technical training or engineering will be especially valued, while maintaining flexibility on this point. Previous experience in industrial environments is required, preferably related to plastic extrusion, plastics, or automotive, as well as consolidated experience in plant management and team coordination. At a technical level, it is necessary to have knowledge of production, quality, logistics, and maintenance, in addition to proficiency in ERP SAGE and Excel. A good level of Spanish and a competent level of English are essential.

Regarding personal competencies, we are looking for a profile with solid leadership and excellent personnel management, who possesses an orderly, logical, and structured mindset, and who maintains clear communication with the various departments. A proactive approach, oriented towards continuous improvement and the ability to drive positive changes in operations, will be valued.

One of our clients, a growing industrial company dedicated to manufacturing processes linked to plastics, is looking to hire a Plant Manager to lead daily operations and the comprehensive management of the production center.

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the correct operational functioning of the plant, coordinating the production and logistics teams and guaranteeing order and safety in the facilities. They will supervise quality, maintenance, and logistics planning processes, ensuring the proper flow of materials. Likewise, they will manage KPIs and the economic performance of the area, reporting to Management and proposing continuous improvement actions that optimize efficiency. They must maintain fluid communication with the various office departments, representing the production area and exercising close and firm leadership. They will also have indirect responsibility for the night shift.
