We are looking for a Waste Treatment Technician to join the CMR Loeches Waste Treatment Plant, with the objective of directing, planning, and optimizing the plant's operation, guaranteeing the technical and economic efficiency of the processes, regulatory compliance regarding OSH, quality, and environment, and the proper management of teams, resources, and client relations, through the analysis of operational data, the identification of improvement opportunities, and the preparation of technical reports.

Reporting to the CMR Loeches Operations Manager, your functions will be:

- Direction, development, and management of a Waste Treatment Plant according to client needs. Plants may include MSW treatment, Packaging Plants, Composting Plants, landfills, etc., and may involve the management of the wastewater treatment plant.

- Direction of the plant's production and maintenance teams.

- Detection of project opportunities and contact with the various stakeholders in decision-making.

- Carrying out technical and economic studies to obtain the necessary information to draft the technical report, dimensioning the Treatment Plant.

- Maintaining fluid relationships with the client and proposing all types of improvements and innovations.

- Supervise and analyze decentralized purchases within their management scope to facilitate the economic control of expenses linked to each contract.

- Supervise compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding Occupational Risk Prevention and Quality and Environment.

- Preparation of technical reports.

- Collaborating with the various departments of the delegation: Administration, Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, etc.
