The role
Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), one of Europe's largest ice cream manufacturers acquired by Ferrero in 2019, within the Procurement Department, we are currently looking for a technical assistant in supplier administration (M/F).
This position works collaboratively to achieve Ferrero's goals in safety, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and environmental sustainability.
What you'll do
In this role, you will have a key impact on the efficient management of our supplier ecosystem:
- Manage supplier registrations and modifications, ensuring data quality and coordinating with buyers, finance, and the suppliers themselves.
- Perform and supervise collaborative registrations in SAP Ariba, coordinating with the purchasing center and facilitating the activation of purchases and payments.
- Collaborate in the automation of workflows and approval processes in SAP.
- Provide continuous support for the management of work-items, guaranteeing fluidity in the operations of the Procurement area.
