Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice-Cream Factory Co-maker S.A.U (ICFC), one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Europe of the Ferrero group, with 16 production lines, is currently looking for a Production Supervisor (RTO) on shifts and weekends (M/F).
This position works in collaboration to achieve Ferrero's objectives regarding safety, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and environmental sustainability.
• Under the responsibility of the UGP Manager (Production Manager), the Production Supervisor (RTO) is in charge of guaranteeing the correct execution of the production process.
• Collaborate in personnel selection and contribute to the management of staff development and training.
• Management and leadership of shift personnel, allocation of resources on the lines applying all defined criteria, incident resolution, etc.
• Identify and propose areas for improvement for the activities within their competencies and collaborate in their implementation.
• Follow up on deviations on the production line.
• Support the planning of operational activities on the lines within their area of competence.
• Collaborate with the UGP Manager in the implementation of all actions aimed at guaranteeing the quality of the products and the production processes of the lines.
• Guarantee that all hygiene and safety standards are met on the lines.
Our working system is 24/7, which implies:
• Shifts from Monday to Friday N-A-M
• 4th Shift. Monday to Saturday (morning or afternoon); this occurs during high season, only some Saturdays. A bonus is paid and a day is earned in favor.
• 5th Shift. In some months of the year, it may be necessary to work Saturdays, Sundays, and the holidays of the entire month. As compensation for this shift, a bonus is paid and 35 hours per week are worked.
