The role

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Installation Technician for our headquarters in Madrid. The professional will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing the production of installations (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) within construction projects, ensuring compliance in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

What you'll do

  • Plan and organize the production of installations on-site
  • Supervise the execution of works (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection)
  • Coordinate subcontractors and teams on-site
  • Control the progress of works vs. planning
  • Detect and correct schedule or execution deviations
  • Review plans and technical documentation
  • Resolve technical incidents on-site
  • Control costs and support certifications
  • Coordinate interferences between disciplines (structure, architecture, installations)
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulations
  • Ensure safety and OSH on-site
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of installations
