Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical education: Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Engineering, or related Higher Vocational Training.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electromechanical installations, infrastructure maintenance, or technical assistance.
Knowledge of: ventilation and HVAC systems, electrical installations, mechanical equipment, auxiliary installations, and automation systems.
Knowledge of photovoltaic installations.
Safety regulations and infrastructure maintenance standards.
Proficiency in Office tools and technical software.
Driver's license.

Nice to have

Experience in urban or highway tunnels.
Experience in technical assistance for construction works or infrastructure operation.
Technical level of English.

The role

We are seeking a Tunnel Facilities Technician (M/F) to join a major infrastructure project in Madrid, carrying out tasks related to technical assistance, supervision, and monitoring of electromechanical installations in tunnels.

The selected candidate will participate in the supervision of HVAC, ventilation, electrical, and mechanical equipment systems, ensuring proper operation, maintenance, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will join the team of a company specializing in civil engineering and linear infrastructure works, with projects in Spain and internationally, and with over 15 years of experience.

What you'll do

Technical supervision of tunnel installations.
Control of mechanical and electromechanical equipment.
Review of technical specifications and construction documentation.
Coordination with construction companies.
Preparation of technical reports and monitoring of incidents.
Verification of compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Support in functional testing, commissioning, and handover of installations.
