Requirements

What we're looking for

Training as an Industrial Technical Engineer, specialty Electricity, or demonstrable experience in electrical installation companies.
Minimum experience of 3 years.
Experience in the technical and economic management of low-voltage electrical installation works
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Knowledge of Presto, especially for the preparation of budgets and management of variations. Proficiency in Telematel will be positively valued.

The role

At Michael Page, we are looking for an Electrical Installations Site Technician to join our client's offices located in the south of Madrid.

What you'll do

Study the project of the work to be developed.
Generate documentation for the site: measurements, details of special installations, milestones to be met on time, etc.
Control the most significant material such as switchboards, mechanisms, lighting fixtures, generator sets, solar panels...
Agile and optimal resolution of problems that arise on site.
Attend periodic meetings on site with the Project Management.
Maintain technical control of the work and ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget.
Prepare monthly certifications in a timely and proper manner.
Prepare site documentation for legalization (projects and site certificates), attend OCA inspections, and follow up to obtain approvals from inspections.

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 12:00.
Office-based position with occasional site visits, in the Community of Madrid.
