We are looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Technician to expand one of our teams in Madrid.

As an Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees. Your main functions will include:

• Developing, implementing, and supervising the company's Occupational Risk Prevention Plan, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Performing exhaustive risk assessments in all workstations and operational areas, identifying potential hazards and proposing appropriate preventive measures.
• Designing and executing training and information programs on occupational risk prevention aimed at all personnel, adapting instructions to the particularities of each position and department.
• Supervising and controlling the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring its availability, suitability, and maintenance.
• Managing and supervising access control procedures and the general security of the facilities, with the aim of preventing incidents.
• Investigating occupational accidents and professional diseases, determining the causes and proposing corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.
• Preparing and keeping up to date the technical documentation related to ORP, including emergency plans, action protocols, and safety manuals.
• Performing periodic reporting of health and safety indicators to management, as well as any relevant incidents.
• Advising management and workers on matters of occupational health and risk prevention.
• Collaborating in the planning of preventive activity and in the coordination of business activities.
• Staying up to date on legislative and technical developments in the field of ORP.
• Promoting a proactive and participatory safety culture throughout the organization.
