What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in access management and document control on site, particularly in CAE.
  • Trained at a Basic Level in occupational risk prevention.
  • Solid understanding of documentation control, site access procedures, and applicable labor and safety legislation.
  • Strong analytical skills to review, validate, and ensure compliance of contractor documentation.
  • You communicate effectively in English and Spanish, focusing on written comprehension for managing documentation.

The role

What you'll do

Join us as an H&S Document Assistant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring that all personnel and contractors meet project requirements and legal obligations related to Coordination of Business Activities (CAE). You will oversee the verification and validation of essential documentation before granting site access, ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and project standards. Imagine supporting the Health & Safety Manager by coordinating administrative processes, monitoring documentation status, and facilitating seamless communication between contractors and the project team. Your contributions will be crucial throughout the project lifecycle, as you manage document control, audits, inspections, and H&S activities, becoming the go-to person for access and documentation matters across two sites.

  • Ensure that all contractors, personnel, and machinery accessing the worksite comply with established access procedures and documentation requirements, maintaining a safe entry environment.
  • Collect Occupational Risk Prevention documentation from Siemens Energy SA's personnel and guarantee their access to the worksite.
  • Organize Personal Protective Equipment, medical examinations, and training sessions for Siemens Energy SA's personnel.
  • Stay updated on regulations related to CAE and occupational risk prevention, effectively managing communication with contractors and the project team.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with incomplete or non-compliant documentation, encouraging proactive participation from contractors to maintain compliance.
