You are what we need because...

You have vocational training as a Senior Technician in Analysis and Control
You have at least 1 year of experience as an Analytical Chemist in an Analytical Development Laboratory, Quality Control Laboratory, and/or Stability Department in the pharmaceutical industry
Essential knowledge, experience, and handling of HPLC/UPLC techniques, with Empower software
You are interested in a temporary contract for maternity leave substitution, with options for continued employment on the permanent staff

The role

At Eulen Selección, we are collaborating with a leading pharmaceutical group in the search for an Analytical Development Chemist for their laboratory located in San Sebastián de los Reyes.

What you'll do

Perform physicochemical analyses of finished products in accordance with the procedures described for monitoring the stability of a product under development and verify compliance with the specification.
Execute the established parameters for the validation of an analytical method in accordance with the corresponding validation protocol.
Execute the analyses required for the validation of the manufacturing process following a validated written methodology.
Knowledge and handling of analytical equipment (HPLC, UPLC, pH meter, spectrophotometer, dissolution tester, gas chromatography, etc.).
Knowledge and use of the EMPOWER software system for proper management of analytical results obtained on HPLC and UPLC equipment.
Knowledge of GMPs (NCF) and Good Laboratory Practices.
Manage the needs for reagents and laboratory materials, reporting these needs to the appropriate supervisor so that the corresponding purchases and orders can be made.
Perform the assigned equipment calibrations.
Comply with established environmental regulations (waste management) and safety regulations (use of appropriate protective equipment).
