Assistant Product Manager Food Service

1. Provide support to optimize, energize, and extend the product range of the current portfolio.
2. Prepare reports and analyze market information from external sources (Nielsen, industry magazines, advertising, point of sale), internal sources, or ad hoc (Market Research) with the objective of proposing actions to the Senior Product Manager to improve results
3. Control the assigned budget in terms of invoiced, committed, planned, and remaining amounts.
4. Participate in the proposal and development process of the product marketing mix in terms of product, packaging, and price, as well as monitor the communication and promotion actions defined for the product range
5. Monitoring of launches addressing sales, margin, and portfolio share objectives
6. Participate in the design and execution of market research for the energization and extension of the portfolio
7. Monitoring of actions designed by Trade Marketing to ensure they are aligned with the brand image.
8. Creation of sales arguments, presentations, and support materials for the sales team
9. Design of promotions and creative and merchandising materials for clients
10. Support in the organization and logistics of events
