In Spain, Ford maintains a localized official web presence and a dedicated careers portal where it currently lists openings such as 'Senior Test Lead' and keeps a standing talent pool ('Bolsa de talento Ford España') for candidates. The Spanish site emphasizes 'una nueva era de innovación en la electrificación de vehículos', which is relevant for international professionals with backgrounds in automotive engineering, electrification or vehicle testing.
