The Guest Service Intern supports the front office and guest relations teams in delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey. This internship provides hands-on experience in key hospitality operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, concierge services, and service recovery. The Guest Service Intern plays an important role in creating memorable guest experiences while learning the core principles of luxury service and hotel operations.

What you'll do

  • Assist in welcoming guests upon arrival and providing a warm and professional first impression.
  • Support guests with luggage handling during arrivals and departures, following hotel procedures and service standards.
  • Assist in escorting guests to their rooms and providing basic information about the hotel facilities and services.
  • Support the organization, tagging, storage, and delivery of guest luggage.
  • Assist guests with directions and general information about the resort and the local area.
  • Support transportation arrangements, including taxis and guest vehicles, when required.
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth and organized flow of guests and vehicles around the hotel entrance.
  • Ensure the hotel entrance, driveway, and luggage areas are maintained clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, opening hours, activities, and events.
  • Communicate guest requests, preferences, or concerns to the Front Desk and other relevant departments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Office and other hotel teams to contribute to a seamless guest experience.
  • Learn and follow hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Handle all guest interactions with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to assist.

How you'll work

Schedule & Hours: Seasonal contract, full Time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends).
