What you'll do

Your working day will take place during the early morning shift, from 04:00 to 12:00 hours, participating especially in the preparation and setting up of the breakfast service and the first services of the day:

Participate, with a certain degree of autonomy and responsibility, in kitchen preparations, always under supervision.
Prepare and set up the breakfast service, performing tasks such as cutting and preparing fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, and other foods.
Collaborate in the preparation, setup, and replenishment of the breakfast buffet.
Maintain the cleanliness and order of surfaces, utensils, machinery, and the work area.
Perform basic food preparations.
Execute other tasks related to culinary preparations that may be assigned to you.
Develop the other tasks inherent to the professional profile of a kitchen assistant.
