- Greeting and attending to customers upon their arrival at the establishment, seating them and offering them the menu.

- Setting the table if necessary to ensure their experience at the establishment is the best possible.

- Presenting the menus and daily specials, taking note of what they would like, and responding to any requests they may have.

- Having thorough knowledge of what is offered in both food and beverages.

- Serving dishes and beverages correctly.

- Achieving fluid and clear communication with both customers and the kitchen.

- Being helpful and attentive to whatever is required. Selling additional products when the situation allows.

- Recibir y atender a los clientes en su llegada al establecimiento, haciéndolos sentar y ofreciéndoles la carta.

- Preparar la mesa si es necesario para que su experiencia en el establecimiento sea la mejor posible.

- Presentar los menús y las especialidades del día tomando nota de lo que desean y responder ante cualquier petición que puedan tener.

- Conocer muy bien qué es lo que se ofrece tanto de comida como de bebida.

- Servir de manera correcta los platos y las bebidas.

- Lograr una comunicación fluida y clara con el cliente y con cocina.

- Ser servicial y atento para cuando lo que se requiera. Venta de productos adicionales si la situación lo permite.
