The role

At Fuego Camina Conmigo we are looking for a Strategic Planner with 3 or more years of experience to define our clients' communication strategies. You will be responsible for providing insights that drive creative ideas, defining brand activation ecosystems, identifying Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) for audiences, and ensuring communication effectiveness.

We are looking for a curious person who combines creative and analytical thinking, is capable of expressing their ideas clearly and persuasively, and has a deep understanding of how to activate communication effectively in the new paradigm.

What you'll do

Working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and their audiences.
Extracting and analyzing information regarding the consumer, the brand, the competition, and the ecosystem.
Developing buyer personas, customer journeys, and communication frameworks, defining messages and channels (off and on).
Defining, driving, and evaluating the effectiveness of brand strategies and communication strategies.
Locating the most relevant KOLs for the audiences.
Carrying out desk research.
Creating creative briefs and driving the creative process with insights and observations from culture, the audience, the brand, and the competition.
Staying up to date with news in the digital ecosystem.
Contributing regularly to pitches.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexible start time and lunch break. Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
