The role

At TBWA-DDB Barcelona, we are looking for a person passionate about marketing, brands, and creativity, who shares our belief that a brand today must be culturally relevant.
We are looking for a Brand Strategist who understands our clients' business needs and knows how to convert them into communication strategies capable of connecting with culture and people, working hand in hand with the different strategy profiles (data and SM strategy) and with all the agency's teams.

Identification of opportunities and consumer insights from data, social media conversations, and any other source of inspiration. Competitor analysis, brand and consumer research, as well as reading performance and results to detect actionable learnings.

Planning
Definition of opportunities, brand positioning, and value propositions. Identification of target audiences. We are not necessarily looking for a social media specialist, but rather someone with solid general knowledge that allows them to develop multi-channel communication strategies, integrating owned and paid media.

Multi-channel vision
Direction and supervision of content plans for different brands and campaigns, accompanying planning, ideation, and execution with a coherent strategic vision connected to culture.

Client relationship
