About the role

As the Service Planner your role is to scheduleSchneider Field service representatives& External Service Partners and parts to fulfil our customer services requirements - these include Assessments, Start up, PMV (Preventive Maintenance visit), Emergency Callouts.

You will act as the glue connecting our customers, internal stakeholders, and external service partners/suppliers to meet our clients' needs. You will validate time, materials & expenses reported by internalFSR/external Service Partners required in the service process.

What you'll do

  • OptimizeFSRallocated time and schedules to provide service to our customers in a timely manner
  • Apply technical guidelines according to technical support information (Level 2) to provide the best quality service to our customers
  • Schedule maintenance visits, ad hoc business interventions, technical visits or audits initialized by Project, Enterprise & mid-market or Services sales and Start-ups in conjunction with the Project Department
  • Manage external partners services
  • Ensure customer database is kept up to date for future reference (for the service, sales and project teams)
  • Coordinate and monitor spare parts, delivery and retrieval to provide the best service to our customers
  • Manage internal and external orders
  • Monitor the operational margin during service execution to ensure the aligment with the margin defined in the original offer. Escalate potential deviations to the appropriate stakeholders to enable timely corrective actions and protect the operation's profitability.

What we're looking for

  • Technical qualification related toUPS(FP, Bachelor, Professional certificates).Knowledge in BacNet, MODBUS, EBO, HVAC & DALI.
  • 3-5 years equivalent experience in a related field

• Strong computer skills such as word, excel, email etc.

• Written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external customers.

• Fluent Spanish and intermediate English are mandatory.

• Strong time management skills

• Handles multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

• Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines

• Good problem solving skills

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Tactful and effective at dealing with difficult customers who need our support
