What we're looking for

You are ideal for the position if you have...

🎓Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training in Maintenance, Electrical Installations, or similar

🗣💬 English level B1, valued.

💼 3 to 5 years of work experience.

⚙ Knowledge of the Fire Protection Installation Regulations (RIPCI), Technical Building Code (CTE-DB-SI), and regulations for establishments of public assembly (applicable to hotels)

The role

🔔 We are looking for a fire protection technician for the Málaga Delegation. You will be responsible for performing qualified fire protection for the work center's facilities, under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. We are looking for someone like you, who wants to put passion into their day-to-day work, while we help you grow and offer you a new experience as part of a great team with great benefits:

What you'll do

What are the main responsibilities?

Inspection and preventive maintenance of extinguishers, fire hose reels (BIEs), dry risers, smoke detectors, alarms, and sprinkler systems

Checking the correct functioning of fire doors and emergency signage

Verification of evacuation routes

Management and monitoring of the mandatory inspection schedule (monthly, annual, triennial according to regulations)

Coordination with certified external maintenance companies

Updating the Self-Protection Plan and support in evacuation drills

Recording and documentation of all inspections (fire protection installation logbook)
