• Vocational Training in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related areas.
• Experience in maintenance, installation, and repair of industrial or electromechanical equipment.

• Driver's license and availability to travel within the assigned area.

At GEA Farm Technologies, a world leader in technological solutions for dairy production, we are looking to hire a Service Technician to support our customers in the Navarra area, based in Ezquíroz.

We are looking for a person with a solid technical background, experience in industrial or electromechanical environments, and a clear customer orientation. You will be part of the Service team, contributing to ensuring the reliability and performance of our milking and automation solutions.

You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of milking equipment and systems, ensuring the correct operation of the facilities and offering a high-quality service to our customers.

• Execute preventive maintenance plans in CMS milking parlors and AMS robotic systems.
• Perform periodic inspections of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
• Verify and adjust operating parameters to guarantee the optimal performance of the facilities.
• Detect possible incidents before they impact the customer's production.
• Attend to breakdowns and incidents in the field, performing diagnostics and repairs of a mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and software nature.
• Replace or repair defective components and perform functional tests after each intervention.
• Advise customers on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
• Participate in the assembly and installation of CMS milking parlors and AMS automatic milking systems.
• Install milking equipment, vacuum systems, refrigeration, CIP cleaning, feeding, and monitoring systems.
• Perform electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic connections following technical specifications and established quality and safety standards.
• Configure and parameterize equipment, management software, and control systems.
• Perform functional tests and validation of the facilities.
• Verify the correct operation of sensors, actuators, and automated systems.
• Accompany the customer during the commissioning of the farm, resolving initial incidents when necessary.
• Provide basic training to operators and users on the handling of the installed equipment and systems.
