We offer you stability from day one, with a permanent contract, so you can focus on what motivates you.
Our working hours are flexible, and you will have the possibility to work more than 50% of your time remotely.

Join the Young Lions program!

The person joining the Generali Spain Young Lions scholarship program will be part of the Global Corporate & Commercial business unit, the Generali Group unit that provides P&C insurance coverage to medium and large companies, as well as international businesses. The unit operates globally with an integrated approach at the Group level, supported by a central management team and specialized teams active in different countries.

Within the GC&C unit, we have several scholarships linked to the Accounting and Planning & Control areas, in teams focused on supporting reporting, accounting, monitoring, and financial analysis activities, ensuring data quality from a continuous improvement perspective.

We are looking for people interested in joining the scholarship program through an agreement with their university, with a high level of English, strong analytical skills, proactivity, and a problem-solving mindset, who want to develop their skills by joining a dynamic team that will provide them with a very interesting view of the insurance sector in a global environment, where they will also gain valuable cross-functional business insight.
