Are you passionate about technical risk analysis and want to develop your career in the insurance sector?

We are looking to bring on board a Property and Engineering Underwriter for a specialized team, where you will play a key role in the evaluation, analysis, and underwriting of risks, combining your technical knowledge with a business-oriented vision.

We are looking for professionals with experience in construction, engineering, inspection, loss adjusting, fire protection, or risk underwriting who want to take the next step in their career and continue growing within the insurance sector.

Beyond technical experience, we are looking for people who demonstrate a clear affinity for the insurance world, whether through their professional background or their interest in building a long-term career in this field.

And if you're eager to learn more and are wondering: what will my day-to-day look like?

• Analyze, evaluate, and underwrite Property and Engineering risks, ensuring a balance between profitability, technical quality, and underwriting policy.
• Review technical documentation, inspection reports, and loss assessments for the proper evaluation of risks.
• Define insurance conditions, coverages, limits, and improvement recommendations.
• Evaluate industrial, commercial, and asset risks, identifying exposures and protection measures.
• Collaborate with intermediaries, brokers, and other key stakeholders, providing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Review risk inspection reports and assess aspects related to construction, installations, industrial safety, and fire protection.
• Monitor the assigned portfolio from a technical standpoint, ensuring its quality and profitability.
• Stay up to date on technical regulations, market trends, and the evolution of risks.

This position combines technical analysis, underwriting judgment, and business orientation in a specialized environment with a high level of interaction with clients and intermediaries.

We will especially value

• Knowledge of industrial safety, construction, installations, and technical regulations (fire protection, RSCIEI, among others).
• Experience in risk underwriting, insurance loss adjusting, risk inspection, and/or regulatory inspection.
• Technical analysis skills and underwriting judgment.
• Ability to interpret and assess complex risks, providing solutions aligned with the business strategy.
• Ability to engage with intermediaries, brokers, and other sector stakeholders.
• Empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Results orientation and business vision, maintaining a balance between technical rigor, regulatory compliance, and the proper application of the underwriting policy.

We offer you stability from day one, with a permanent contract, so you can focus on what motivates you.
Our working hours are flexible, and you will have the possibility of working more than 50% of your working time remotely.
You will enjoy an additional compensation package, as our model includes a pension plan and a meal allowance; you can also request flexible compensation to access other services such as childcare, a transport card, or training support.
You will have up to 30 working days of vacation to disconnect and come back with your batteries recharged (including vacation, personal days, and corporate holidays). In addition, if you work at the head offices in Madrid and Barcelona, you will have access to a gym where you can train on your own or attend group classes.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Suscriptor/a de Daños e Ingeniería para un equipo especializado, donde desempeñarás un papel clave en la evaluación, análisis y suscripción de riesgos, combinando tus conocimientos técnicos con una visión orientada al negocio.

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en construcción, ingeniería, inspección, peritación, protección contra incendios o suscripción de riesgos que quieran dar un paso adelante en su carrera y continuar creciendo dentro del sector asegurador.

Más allá de la experiencia técnica, buscamos personas que demuestren una clara afinidad por el mundo asegurador, ya sea por su trayectoria profesional o por su interés en desarrollar una carrera a largo plazo en este ámbito.

• Analizar, evaluar y suscribir riesgos de Daños e Ingeniería, garantizando el equilibrio entre rentabilidad, calidad técnica y política de suscripción.
• Estudiar documentación técnica, informes de inspección y peritaciones para la adecuada valoración de los riesgos.
• Definir condiciones de aseguramiento, coberturas, límites y recomendaciones de mejora.
• Evaluar riesgos industriales, comerciales y patrimoniales, identificando exposiciones y medidas de protección.
• Colaborar con mediadores, brokers y otros interlocutores clave, proporcionando soluciones adaptadas a las necesidades de los clientes.
• Revisar informes de inspección de riesgos y valorar aspectos relacionados con construcción, instalaciones, seguridad industrial y protección contra incendios.
• Realizar el seguimiento técnico de la cartera asignada, velando por su calidad y rentabilidad.
• Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre normativa técnica, tendencias del mercado y evolución de los riesgos.

Esta posición combina análisis técnico, criterio suscriptor y orientación al negocio, en un entorno especializado y de alta interlocución con clientes y mediadores.

Valoraremos especialmente

• Conocimientos en seguridad industrial, construcción, instalaciones y normativa técnica (PCI, RSCIEI, entre otras).
• Experiencia en suscripción de riesgos, peritación de seguros, inspección de riesgos y/o inspección reglamentaria.
• Capacidad de análisis técnico y criterio suscriptor.
• Habilidad para interpretar y valorar riesgos complejos, aportando soluciones alineadas con la estrategia de negocio.
• Capacidad de interlocución con mediadores, brokers y otros agentes del sector.
• Empatía, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para generar relaciones de confianza.
• Orientación a resultados y visión de negocio, manteniendo el equilibrio entre el rigor técnico, el cumplimiento normativo y la adecuada aplicación de la política de suscripción.

Te ofrecemos estabilidad desde el primer día, con contrato indefinido, para que te concentres en lo que te motiva.
Nuestro horario es flexible y tendrás la posibilidad de trabajar más del 50% de la jornada en remoto.
