About the role

Do you want to grow in the Best company to work for, which for the second consecutive year is ranked #1 by Top Employer? Come to Generali, a company whose purpose is to take care of people.

Thank you very much for your interest in becoming part of the GENERALI team.

We hope to accompany you and help you in this process, which we know can be a great challenge.

Throughout this job posting you will discover what our project is, and we will try to show you the advantages of working at GENERALI. We hope it is a good fit for you!

First, you may ask yourself: who are we?

Generali is a multinational group and one of the world's leading insurers, present in more than 50 countries around the world.
Our purpose is "to help people build a safer and more sustainable future by caring for their lives and dreams." This represents the reason we exist and the source of inspiration for our work, and it is reflected in international recognitions such as the Dow Jones Best in Class Europe index, formerly known as the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes (DJSI).
We are an inclusive and open community that fosters innovation and professional development, and we are proud that through our work we can make a difference in people's lives.

We are going to tell you what we can offer you. Here is everything that awaits you!

What you'll do

And if you are eager to know more and you ask yourself: what will my day-to-day be like in this project?

  • Reporting (SCR aggregation under Solvency II, Pillar III, preparation of reports for committees and the Board of Directors).

  • ORSA (coordination, MRSA, sensitivity analysis, emerging and sustainability risks) and climate change risk reporting.

  • Monitoring and reporting of the different metrics within the Risk Appetite Framework.

  • Internal model (management of the local internal model committee, aggregation of results, calibration and modeling of losses from tax items and other balance sheet elements, coordination of model changes, and documentation).

What you'll get

We offer you stability from day one, with a permanent contract, so you can focus on what motivates you.
Our working hours are flexible, and you will have the possibility to work more than 50% of your working time remotely.
You will enjoy an additional compensation package, as our model includes a pension plan and a meal allowance; you can also request flexible remuneration to access other services such as childcare, a transport card, or training support.
You will have up to 30 working days of vacation to disconnect and come back fully recharged (including vacation days, discretionary days off, and corporate holidays). In addition, if you work at the head offices in Madrid and Barcelona, you will have access to a gym where you can train on your own or attend group classes.
You will take part in an international and cross-functional environment with the possibility of working on projects with different teams and countries.
We care about your development, which is why we offer an interesting 'à la carte' continuous training package to help you boost your professional career.

Being part of the Generali team means being part of a company that, in the people area, stands out not only for being a Top Employer, but also for being included in the Forbes ranking and among the top insurers in the Merco Talento ranking, and which is also endorsed by the EFR certification as a Family-Responsible Company (EFR).  We encourage you to get to know us and be part of the project!
