Reporting to the IT Manager of Cajamar Vida (Generali Group Joint Venture), you will work on:

What you'll do

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and transformation in the company's operational, commercial, and support processes through the incorporation of new technologies and digital tools.

  • Analyzing market solutions applicable to the insurance and financial business, assessing their operational impact, technical feasibility, and expected return.

  • Driving automation, digitalization, and efficiency initiatives through technologies such as RPA, Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics, and productivity tools, defining use cases, functional requirements, and success criteria for proof of concept, pilots, and implementations.

  • Coordinating the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new technological solutions, acting as a link between business, operations, and technology areas.

  • Participating in the definition and monitoring of the transformation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on their contribution to the business and operational efficiency.

  • Identifying opportunities for process simplification and optimization that contribute to improving productivity, service quality, and customer experience.

  • Comprehensive vision of processes, operations, and technology of an insurance company or financial institution.

  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions supported by technology and automation.

  • Knowledge of implementation and integration processes for technological tools in corporate environments is desirable.

  • Ability to translate operational needs into functional requirements and coordinate their development with technology teams.

    • Digitalization and redesign of operational processes.

    • Integration of technological solutions with corporate systems.

  • Practical knowledge of automation tools, generative AI solutions, or technologies aimed at operational efficiency is desirable.
