Technical Innovation Unit Specialist

• Comprehensive understanding of processes, operations, and technology of an insurance company or financial institution.

• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions supported by technology and automation.

• Knowledge of implementation and integration processes for technological tools in corporate environments.

• Ability to translate operational needs into functional requirements and coordinate their development with technology teams.

• Ability to liaise with business, operations, technology, and supplier areas.

• Desirable: at least 3 years of experience in roles related to process transformation, operational efficiency, automation, or implementation of technological solutions.

• Particularly valued: experience in financial institutions, insurance companies, or consultancies specialized in transformation and operations (having participated in projects with insurers or banks).

• Valuable: basic knowledge of data governance, data protection, and regulatory requirements associated with new processes and technological solutions.

• A plus: university degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Notable: experience in any of the following areas:

  • Automation programs using RPA.

  • Artificial Intelligence initiatives applied to business processes.

  • Digitalization and redesign of operational processes.

  • Integration of technological solutions with corporate systems.

• Desirable: practical knowledge of automation tools, generative AI solutions, or technologies aimed at operational efficiency.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and transformation in the company's operational, commercial, and support processes by incorporating new technologies and digital tools.

• Analyzing market solutions applicable to the insurance and financial business, assessing their operational impact, technical feasibility, and expected return.

• Driving automation, digitalization, and efficiency initiatives through technologies such as RPA, Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics, and productivity tools. Defining use cases, functional requirements, and success criteria for proofs of concept, pilots, and implementations.

• Coordinating the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new technological solutions, acting as a bridge between business, operations, and technology areas.

• Participating in defining and monitoring the transformation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on their contribution to the business and operational efficiency.

• Identifying opportunities to simplify and optimize processes that help improve productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
