Execute Procurement projects to ensure that the economic and service conditions of supplier contracts are optimal, ensuring compliance with the Corporate Purchasing Policy.

1. Manage tenders and Procurement processes, conduct negotiations, and control and monitor suppliers to achieve the most competitive objectives in terms of timeline, quality, and price at market level, as defined in the strategy.
2. Formalize agreements and contracts to ensure service coverage and legal protection against potential supplier conflicts.
3. Ensure compliance with the local and global sourcing strategy, as well as service level policies, to guarantee consistency and excellence in procurement processes.
4. Collaborate with Global Category Managers in implementing the Global Sourcing strategy at the local level, within their respective categories.
5. Analyze the procurement needs of the various departments and units, within the categories under your responsibility, to identify opportunities for improvement, savings, and procedures.
6. Collaborate in setting the annual budget objectives for the OPEX program and year-end forecasts, in accordance with management guidelines, within the categories under your scope of responsibility.
