What you'll do

Execution of the activities assigned for carrying out the audits of the annual audit plan, as well as monitoring the different action plans agreed in each audit and participating in the different international working groups of auditors in which you are included.

Under the coordination and supervision of the manager, with the support of the senior auditors assigned to each job, the activities you will carry out are:

1. Execution of the audits: Prepare the planning document for each audit, build the Risk and Control Matrix, carry out the different audit tests and checks necessary to verify the effectiveness of the controls of the audited process, prepare the documents describing each of the findings detected by the auditors, draft the report draft, and, once the action plans have been obtained from the auditee, draft the final report.

2. Keep the Internal Audit software tool updated so that it contains, at all times, the updated information and documentation on the progress of the activities of each ongoing audit.

3. Monitoring the implementation of action plans: Analyze, together with the audit manager, the degree of implementation of the action plans based on the evidence provided, before the established date, by those responsible for the action plans. Update the status of the action plan (pending, resolved, postponed...) based on the result of the analysis carried out.

4. Participate in the different work phases of the team, in the specific tasks assigned to you (planning, execution, issuance, and distribution of results).

5. Attend and participate in the meetings (in-person or remote) established by the person responsible for each team.
