• University degree in Computer Engineering, IT Engineering or similar, with training in information processing systems, IT risks, cybersecurity and security regulatory frameworks.

• Knowledge of standard security and cybersecurity regulations and frameworks (ENS, ISO 27001/22301, NIST, CIS, etc.) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Analytical thinking, risk-based decision-making, problem-solving and conflict management skills.

• Ability for long-term planning and teamwork.

• Advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate and present information to stakeholders in English and Spanish.

• User-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA or similar will be valued.

• Any experience in Information Systems (IT/IS) auditing, IT risk management and analysis, or IT governance data and model oversight will be valued.

• Knowledge or prior use of data analysis and mining tools such as IDEA, ACL, SAS or similar will be valued.

And if you're still curious and wondering: what will my day-to-day look like in this role?

Execution of the activities assigned for the execution of the audits in the annual audit plan, as well as monitoring the different action plans agreed upon in each audit and participating in the different international working groups of auditors in which he/she is included.

Under the coordination and supervision of the manager, with the support of the senior auditors assigned to each job, the activities to be carried out are:

1. Execution of audits: Prepare the planning document for each audit, build the Risk and Controls Matrix, carry out the different audit tests and procedures necessary to verify the effectiveness of the controls of the audited process, prepare the documents describing each of the findings detected by the auditors, draft the report and, once the action plans are received from the auditee, prepare the final report.

2. Keep the Internal Audit software tool updated so that it contains, at all times, up-to-date information and documentation on the progress status of each ongoing audit.

3. Monitoring the implementation of action plans: Analyze, together with the audit manager, the degree of implementation of the action plans based on the evidence provided, prior to the established deadline, by those responsible for the action plans. Update the status of the action plan (pending, resolved, deferred...) based on the result of the analysis carried out.

4. Participate in the different phases of the team's work, in the specific tasks assigned to him/her (planning, execution, issuance and distribution of results).

5. Attend and participate in meetings (in-person or remote) established by the leader of each team.
