Our working hours are flexible, and you will have the possibility to work more than 50% of your time remotely.

• Monitoring the technical performance of products and analyzing results.
• Participating in the preparation of technical closings for accounting, as well as in the development of annual budgets and three-year plans.
• Preparing information requirements for both internal and external parties.
• Building and maintaining the databases needed for pricing processes.
• Developing risk models, rates for new business, and calculation of renewal premiums.
• Analyzing the impact of the various projects, documenting processes, and collaborating in the preparation of the technical note, as well as its validation by the Product Committee.

• Educational background in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or Statistics, and experience in technical environments within the insurance sector (especially non-life).
• Previous experience in technical control areas and familiarity with frameworks such as Solvency II (SII) and IFRS 17.
• Ability to work in international environments (upper-intermediate to advanced English).
• Interest and aptitude for programming and the use of actuarial tools.
• Organized and methodical, with the ability to structure work well and prioritize tasks.
• Dynamic, decisive, and proactive, with a desire to learn and continue developing.
• Analytical mindset and technical approach, but also with a practical outlook.
• Strong communication skills and ease in working as part of a team.
• Collaborative, with a service-oriented attitude toward both internal and external clients.
