The role

Located in Barcelona, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects related to the maintenance management of the productive and non-productive facilities of the Gestamp ESMAR Plant, guaranteeing the optimal functioning of its productive activity.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities:

Design the General Maintenance Plan (Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective) for the productive and non-productive facilities and carry out its daily monitoring.
Attend to production demands and perform the relevant corrective activities, as well as their monitoring and control.
Design and supervise the training plan for the personnel under their charge.
Implement and update the technical file of all aspects under their responsibility.
Identify those elements susceptible to spare parts provisioning.
Control and coordinate the maintenance work subcontracted to external companies.
Contribute to the improvement of the Company's production processes and facilities.
Collaborate with the heads of the other departments of the Industrial Area. Guarantee that backups of all industrial equipment in the plant are periodically executed and verified, ensuring their availability for restorations in case of failures, incidents, or maintenance.
