What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration and Management or similar, or a Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration and Finance.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial multinational environment. Experience in the automotive sector is highly valued.
Native Spanish and a high level of spoken and written English (C1).
Essential: Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Ability to work in a team in collaborative and dynamic environments.
Availability to travel occasionally.
Own vehicle to commute to our facilities located in Sant Esteve Sesrovires.

The role

For our corporate center located in Sant Esteve Sesrovires (Barcelona), we are looking to hire a person as a Purchasing Controlling Analyst.

The selected person will join the Corporate Purchasing area, playing a key role in the control, analysis, and reporting of raw material costs (RMC), as well as in monitoring KPIs and identifying cost optimization opportunities, contributing to strategic decision-making at the corporate level.

What you'll do

Main functions and responsibilities

Control and management of raw material costs (RMC) at the corporate level.
Analysis, breakdown, and reporting of costs and KPIs for the Purchasing area.
Monitoring deviations and identifying cost optimization and reduction opportunities.
Analytical support for the Corporate Purchasing strategy.
Preparation of reports for the various areas involved.
Support with administrative tasks related to the area.
