The role

We are looking for a Corporate Legal Affairs Advisor to join the Business Contracts team within the Corporate Legal Department of the Gestamp Group.

The selected person will provide specialized legal advice in commercial-contractual matters and participate in the negotiation of strategic contracts with international clients and suppliers, providing support to the various divisions and companies of the Group on a global level.

• Manage legal documentation associated with clients and suppliers, including the preparation, negotiation, and formalization of contracts.
• Drive the improvement and standardization of the Group's contracting processes.
• Coordinate external law firms and monitor litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Collaborate closely with the Legal Department and the different business areas.

Requirements

• Degree or Licentiate in Law.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a top-tier law firm or in the legal department of a multinational.
• Solid experience in commercial law and international commercial contracting.
• Ability to autonomously negotiate complex contracts with commercial and industrial components.
• High analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Complementary training in Business Administration (ADE) is valued.
