We are looking for a person with experience in managing outsourced technological services, vendor coordination, and leading complex technological initiatives. The position will play a key role in the integration and operation of third-party solutions within a global environment, ensuring high levels of quality, stability, and compliance with technological and security standards.

The selected person will work in an international environment collaborating with business, architecture, engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and technological partner teams located in different countries.

What you'll do

Lead the integration and implementation of third-party technological solutions within a global technological ecosystem.
Manage the relationship with strategic vendors and outsourced services, ensuring compliance with established service agreements.
Coordinate Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, guaranteeing operational continuity and service quality.
Act as the main technical and functional point of reference between internal teams and technological vendors.
Supervise incidents, escalations, operational risks, and continuous improvement plans.
