AI/Tech Transformation Intern

We are looking to bring on board an AI & Tech Transformation Intern to support the Transformation team in projects that combine technology, business, and innovation.

This is an opportunity designed for someone with curiosity to understand how systems work and how they impact day-to-day business, with a desire to learn and grow in a real-world environment.

• Support projects related to CRM, ATS, and internal tools
• Collaborate on process analysis and improvement identification
• Help with the deployment and adoption of new tools
• Participate in defining and testing new use cases (especially in AI)
• Support coordination with business and technology teams

• Undergraduate or master's student in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Data, Technology, or similar
• Interest in technology and its application to business
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence
• Analytical skills and a willingness to understand processes
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL, etc.)
• Familiarity with digital tools or automation
• Interest in technological or transformation environments

• Hands-on learning on real projects with business impact
• Close guidance from the Transformation team
• Exposure to cutting-edge tools and technologies
• Potential for future growth within the company

📍 Location: Barcelona (primary), with Girona options depending on profile

Busquem incorporar un/a AI & Tech Transformation Intern per donar suport a l'equip de Transformació en projectes que combinen tecnologia, negoci i innovació.

És una oportunitat pensada per a una persona amb curiositat per entendre com funcionen els sistemes i com impacten en el dia a dia del negoci, amb ganes d'aprendre i créixer en un entorn real.

• Donar suport en projectes vinculats a CRM, ATS i eines internes
• Col·laborar en l'anàlisi de processos i identificació de millores
• Ajudar en el desplegament i adopció de noves eines
• Participar en la definició i prova de nous casos d'ús (especialment en IA)
• Donar suport en la coordinació amb equips de negoci i tecnologia

• Estudiant de grau o màster en àmbits com ADE, Enginyeria, Data, Tecnologia o similars
• Interès per la tecnologia i la seva aplicació al negoci
• Curiositat per la intel·ligència artificial
• Capacitat analítica i ganes d'entendre processos
• Bones habilitats de comunicació i actitud proactiva

• Coneixements bàsics de programació (Python, SQL, etc.)
• Familiaritat amb eines digitals o automatització
• Interès en entorns tecnològics o de transformació
