At Gi BPO, an important multinational, we are looking for an administrative assistant to coordinate vehicle appraisal appointments for hail damage, ensuring that everything is well planned and recorded.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
-Manage schedules and appointments (registrations, changes, cancellations, and rescheduling).
-Contact customers and workshops to confirm dates and times.
-Coordinate with appraisers to assign appointments and perform follow-ups.
-Keep information updated in the system/CRM and prepare basic lists when requested.
Conditions:
-Start date: Immediate
-Location: Madrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Hybrid modality.
-Salary range: 17-19K
