We are selecting an Administrator for a pharmaceutical sector company located in Madrid. The selected person will perform the following functions:
Customer Service
- Provide first-line support to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Point of contact for all customer support and sales administration, including invoicing and collections coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Collect technical or clinical incidents to manage escalations.
Administration for the sales department
- Support sales managers with administrative tasks.
- Administration of customer invoices, including order review and invoice issuance in accordance with the guidelines of the finance and supply chain departments.
- Coordination of customer collections: healthcare entities, hospitals, clinics, etc.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales documentation.
- Coordinate sales meetings and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate in general office administration.
- Follow-up on sponsorships, invitation letters, MAT numbers, and monthly billing status reports.
Event Support
- Management of travel, transfers, and bookings when necessary.
