Currently, from the VALLADOLID delegation, we are looking for a WAITER/WAITRESS WITH ENGLISH, for SARDÓN DE DUERO (VALLADOLID)

What you'll do

Master the dish menu, tasting menus, and pairings to guide the diner.

Dining room service: Taking orders with precision, serving and clearing food and drinks.

Mise en place and preparation of high-end tools (glassware, fine cutlery).

Advanced technical execution in the dining room (English service, carving, deboning, or finishing dishes tableside).

Gastronomic storytelling in multiple languages and subtle suggestive selling (up-selling).

Coordination of the rhythms (timing) between the kitchen and the dining room with the assistant waiters (Commis de Rang).

REQUIREMENTS
