Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical training: Vocational training in Electricity and/or Electronics.
Sector experience: Previous track record installing alarm systems (knowledge of the product and the field is essential).

Nice to have

Passion for teaching: We value very positively if you already have experience delivering training or leading teams.
Digital skills: Advanced level of MS Office (Excel, etc.).
Languages: A high level of English will be valued.

The role

Currently, for a leading company in its sector, we are looking to hire an alarm systems trainer in Barcelona

What you'll do

Training and Mentoring: You will design, deliver, and monitor theoretical-practical courses for our network of technicians.
Field Support: You will carry out daily routes with installers to observe their performance and ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.
Pedagogical Innovation: You will co-create new, engaging, and dynamic training materials to optimize learning.
Continuous Improvement: You will measure the results of your training sessions and participant satisfaction to constantly raise the level of our service.
