Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience as a First-class Skilled Tradesperson in industrial painting, mortar application, or passive fire protection.
Knowledge and experience in handling airless equipment.
Ability to coordinate teams and take on responsibilities on site.
Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) for the painting or masonry sector, or TPC.
Driver's license and own vehicle.

Nice to have

Previous experience leading teams or managing works.
Knowledge of intumescent painting and fireproof mortars.
Knowledge of projection machinery.

The role

At Gi Group, we collaborate with a company located in Valencia, specializing in passive fire protection solutions for industrial, logistics, and construction environments.

We are currently looking to hire a First-class Skilled Applicator, a key figure within the team, who will assume responsibility for works on-site, coordinating tasks and guaranteeing the correct execution of projects in terms of quality, safety, and deadline compliance.

If you have experience in industrial painting, application of mortars, or passive fire protection systems and are looking for a stable project within a specialized and growing company, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

You will lead the execution of works on-site, coordinating the team and serving as the point of reference for the project.
You will perform and supervise the application of airless painting, flexible mortar, and rigid mortar.
You will guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and the technical requirements of each job site.
You will autonomously resolve incidents, breakdowns, and unforeseen events that may arise during the works.
You will supervise the correct use and maintenance of machinery and work equipment.
You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and the use of PPE.
You will monitor the progress of the works and communicate relevant incidents.
You will support and guide the team, sharing your experience and technical knowledge.
