Requirements

What we're looking for

-ESSENTIAL: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position in workshops for industrial machinery, public works, or industrial vehicles.

-Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and electricity/electronics.

-Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams.

-Proficiency in IT tools at a user level.

-Proactive, decisive profile with leadership capacity.

Nice to have

-Technical training (Industrial Technical Engineering, specializing in Mechanics or similar, is valued).

-Intermediate level of English.

Currently, from the Mecánica 4.0 GI PRO specialized line, we are looking for a WORKSHOP MANAGER for a multinational in the industrial machinery and industrial vehicles sector located in Oviedo.

What you'll do

-Organization and optimization of workshop resources, guaranteeing an efficient workflow.

-Direction, coordination, and leadership of the technical team.

-Preparation, management, and control of area budgets.

-Supervision of breakdowns, works in progress, and warranty management.

-Ensuring the correct maintenance of tools, machinery, and workshop vehicles.

-Direct contact with customers for the follow-up and resolution of incidents.

-Basic administrative control and activity reporting.
