Requirements

What we're looking for

* Training in Administration and Finance, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar.

* Previous experience in personnel administration or Human Resources administration.

* Knowledge of payroll, labor management, and current labor regulations.

* Knowledge of time tracking, vacations, permits, absences, and personnel incidents.

* Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.

* Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and autonomy.

* Good communication and coordination skills with different departments.

Nice to have

* Experience in managing workplace accidents, coordination with mutual insurance companies, and PRL documentation is valued.

The role

Currently, from the MARTORELL delegation, we are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICIAN for SANT CUGAT DEL VALLES

What you'll do

* Manage and update administrative personnel documentation.

* Provide support in payroll management, collecting and reviewing labor incidents, variables, absences, and schedule modifications.

* Monitor time tracking, clock-ins, vacations, permits, and absences.

* Coordinate with the heads of different departments regarding schedule management and the organizational needs of the teams.

* Manage and monitor medical leaves, workplace accidents, and communications with mutual insurance companies.

* Coordinate administrative tasks related to Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), including medical examinations, preventive training, and necessary documentation.

* Keep labor documentation up to date and monitor procedures related to hiring and personnel administration.

* Provide support in the application of current labor regulations and the company's internal procedures.

* Attend to employee inquiries related to administrative and labor matters.

* Coordinate with different departments to ensure the correct functioning of personnel administration processes.

How you'll work

* Contract: Replacement due to long-term leave.

* Gross annual salary: Between €28,000 and €30,000, depending on experience and profile fit.

* Working day: Full-time.

* Monday to Thursday schedule: From 8:00 to 17:15 h, with one hour for lunch.

* Friday: Intensive working day, with a flexible schedule and a guiding reference of 7:30 to 14:30 h.

* August: Intensive working day.

* Teleworking: Two days per month.

* Schedule flexibility: Approximately once a month, it will be necessary to extend the working day until 18:00 h to cover the operational needs of the centers.
