Warehouse Supervisor

At Gi Group Outsourcing, we are selecting a Shift Leader for a logistics center in Zaragoza. We are looking for a hybrid role: coordination of daily warehouse operations and administrative/client service monitoring:

• Daily management of a team of 15-30 people depending on production.
• Organization of warehouse operations: picking, locations, inflows/outflows, handling, and quality control.
• Shift planning and task assignment to ensure the achievement of objectives.
• Occasional operational support when necessary.
• Personnel monitoring: clock-ins, validations, and attendance control.
• Customer service and management of operational incidents.
• Internal reports and monitoring of service KPIs.
• Coordination with central departments: HR, recruitment, and OHS.

• Permanent contract, 40h.
• Schedule: M-F 06:00-14:00 (fixed morning shift).
• Salary: €25,000 gross/year (12 payments).
• Immediate start.

• Experience in picking and handling within a warehouse environment.
• Experience coordinating teams.
• Own vehicle required for access to the facilities.
• Advanced Spanish.
