What you'll do

Your responsibilities:

• Customer service in the banking sector with some cross-selling. Multichannel customer service (via telephone, banking application, email, among others)

How you'll work

• Initial contract of 3 months. Joining a stable project, with the possibility of extension

• Available working days:

o 35h/week in the morning shift (schedule from 8:00h to 15:00h)

o 35h/week in the afternoon shift (schedule from 15:00h to 22:00h)

o 38.5h/week schedule 10:00h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 19:00h

• Location: Barcelona

• Immediate start.
